Booking Conditions

Guest numbers:
The maximum number of total guests in The Old School Apartment (ground floor) is 4.
The maximum number of total guests in The Teachers’ Apartment (first floor) is 3.
Children are welcome as part of the total guest numbers.
There is no capacity for cots or extra beds in the room.

Check in & Check out:
Check in Between 16:00 and 19:00. Please let us know your estimated arrival time 24 hours prior at the latest.
Check out by 10:00 am at the latest.

Payment Conditions:
A non refundable deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.
Payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Cancellation Conditions:
If a booking is cancelled less than 42 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 42 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Taxes and service charges:
5 % VAT is included.

Pets:
Sorry, no pets.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property.

Parking:
Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

EV Charging:
Sorry, no electric hook-ups for charging electric vehicles.
